Bio: Layron DeJarnette
DeJarnette has also worked as a character designer, animation director and storyboard artist at various studios, including W!ldbrain, where he has designed and animated characters for HBO’s "The Ricky Gervais Show". Other studios include Warner Bros. Animation, Duck Studios, Hyperion Pictures and Klasky Csupo.
He has illustrated trading cards for The Topps Company’s "Garbage Pail Kids" and "Hollywood Zombies" series and sketch cards for the "Terminator Salvation" series. He has also provided caricature work for various publications and has illustrated many children’s and humorous books, including five books for comedian Jeff Foxworthy.
DeJarnette has also instructed students in figure drawing, anatomy, illustration and animation drawing at the College for Creative Studies in Detroit, MI and Otis College of Art and Design in L.A., CA.
